 Last March 26, news about the chainsaw attack to Japan's leading girl group,AKB48, circulated. This inspired me to write an article about the worst things that sasaeng fans did to their idols. Without further ado, here it is: 8)  Chased the car that might lead to accident This happened last 2011 in Singapore. Super Junior's Leetuek and Heechul's lives were in danger when sasaeng fans followed them. They rode a taxi cab and followed the idol's car from the airport. This caused the collision of seven cars. Good thing, nobody was seriously injured. 7) Followed their whereabouts An example is Super Junior's Siwon mentioned in an interview that fans followed him in the urinal and even took photos of him there. JYJ, EXO and 2pm are also examples. JYJ'S Yoochun JYJ's Jaejoong. (That is not a ghost:P) A fan of EXO-M shaved her head and pretended to be a boy. She entered and asked for a fan sign.  6) Hacked their personal accounts Sasaen

Based on Merriam Webster (2014), a fan "is an enthusiastic devotee or an ardent admirer or enthusiast". Basically, when you are a K-pop fan you are a part of the Hallyu fever. There are five stages of being a K-pop fan: 1) Novice In this level, you are just starting to discover what K-pop is all about. You probably like someone from a drama or song. The extreme thing that you can do is to listen to artist's song, watch drama, and search for pictures and videos. 2) Intermediate You started to have a bias. Bias is another word for favorite. You already started to know the basic Korean words, know other celebrities aside from your bias, know the tune or lyrics of the song, and dance the "point" of the song. You can already determine the voice of your bias even if you close your eyes. 3) Advanced You are in this level, if you are already willing to spend money to support the artist. You just don't buy the recent album but the past as well. A

The entertainment industry is indeed a stressful environment. Aside from having the best facial features, stars are also being pressured to become "thin". Of course, most of them have to do it to meet the public's expectation, to ace roles and to look good in pictures and videos. Plastic surgery is a hot issue in the industry. Despite a number of celebrities who admitted they went through the knife, there are stars who have been (still) a target of such rumors. Let me clarify these are rumors because 1)they did not admit it and 2) there are no further evidences that can support the claim.
